After reading my article titled: “Leaders of Men” a pastor asked me :Bro. Harris, I ‘m reading  your article on Leadership and I am upset, “As our conversation continued, I found out with much  relief, that he was upset at himself.

It seems that he had been plateaued  for several years, and needed to do something about it.

This was not something that I have not heard over and over again.  Not only across this country but on many Mission Fields.  Most men struggle with this problem. If you are, GET HELP! Note the following steps to start the old engine running again.

Check out the Guy in Charge. Is he willing to make the changes needed in His own life and yes in His own thinking. If your not willing to stand before your church and tell them that everything is going to change, then don’t read any further.  We know what the problem is.

On your face before God, make the decision, get the vision, make the commitment, decide  what Gods will is and with the Holy Spirit of God speaking to your heart, Go to the church.

Change the style you use to run the Church.

Change your organization. If it’s not working, why not?

Change  your services time. Change your preaching style. If your style of preaching is not having Holy Ghost power effect, check up.

Stir up your services. If the services are dead , wake it up.

Organize to Evangelize

Sunday School is the only way to build a Church. I believe this to be true. So if your Sunday School is not consistently growing then you have the reason for your plateaued conditions.

FIRE UP YOUR SUNDAY SCHOOL

Have a Sunday School Revival.

Have a Bible Study/Sunday School Seminar.

Call in a Experienced Man. A man that’s growing a great church through the Sunday School. Call Regions Beyond and ask for Dr. Roy Harris. I can give you some names.
